R8 is a mixed-use building developing over two 13-storey blocks linked by a 2-storey podium with a landscaped roof garden. The mock-up has brilliantly passed all visual and performance tests conducted in London\u2019s specialised laboratories. Designed by Piercy & Co, the project draws inspiration from industrial warehouses with exposed finishes and high, spacious ceilings. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
