Vp22 Hidden Woods Business Complex – Milan
A new iconic building in Milan’s skyline: Business Complex VP22-Hidden Woods whose project was curated and coordinated by Tectoo. The building is located in Via Vittor Pisani, 22 near the Stazione Centrale railway station, and features linear shapes, ceramic roofs and a hidden wood.
The project’s vision is to combine modernity with sustainability to obtain energy efficiency. Generale Prefabbricati S.p.A. was chosen by Colombo Costruzioni S.p.A., the General Contractor based in Lecco (Milan), as a supplier of Spiroll hollow core floor slabs used as part of the steel and concrete structures of the floors above ground level (by Milan Ingegneria).

In particular, thanks to our exclusive lifting and handling system, by means of steel hooks inside the certified Spiroll slabs, we could solve all transitional lifting and laying phases, despite of significant logistics issues.
