Developing sustainable construction

We are committed to fostering increased market demand and promoting sustainable building practices to make a difference.

Tailor-made prefabricated buildings are made at the factory and designed for specific architectural and engineering requirements. The result is a smart use of concrete, which helps reduce buildings’ emissions. Two protocols allow us to certify the entire production chain:

LCA Life Circle Assessment of all raw material processes and related consumptions; EPD, (type III environmental declaration), even thanks to select EPD-certified concrete and steel suppliers (almost 95% of steel reinforcement comes from the recycled steel manufacturing industry).

Building with precast elements means achieving the same performance using less concrete and, consequently, a more advantageous carbon balance for leaner structures.

The precast and concrete industry is striving to enhance its efficiency by maximising hydration and optimising cement content, leading to substantial reductions in embodied CO2. The remarkable 20% decrease in CO2 emissions from concrete production between the 1990s and 2018 is a testament to this dedication. A sustainable approach is also obtained by using zero-emissions trucks.

Therefore, Low Carbon Concrete is the new frontier.
